Grief Resources

"Wind Beneath My Wings"

Alzheimer's caregivers and family members do a lot of grieving at all stages of losing the person they love. Their need is not only for information about the disease, but also help in coping with the losses. And when the ultimate loss comes, some of these sites provide a place for a memorial. Many of these sites began as homepages in memory of someone a person has lost. However they lost them, the grief is as real as for those of us who lose someone to Alzheimer's, and it's good to reach out and comfort one another as we share our experiences.
